What People's Say About Place

Cute small cafe in Union Square. Dropped by to grab a cup of coffee while waiting for my puppy to get groomed at Petco. There’s booth seating and hooks and plugs underneath if you need to work while here. The drip coffee is strong but tasty.

The place is small and there is very limited space to have coffee inside. Still, it is our favorite coffee place. Espresso drinks are the specialty here. The staff has changed for a few rounds since the store opened, and they have been a pleasant bunch, especially at this location. This location may be the first ever store of Le Cafe.

5 stars b/c the chocolate chip banana bread was absolutely SO delicious, which I didn’t expect from a small pastry case. The service could’ve been friendlier but overall a good spot.

This small cafe is easy to miss when walking by, however hard to forget after stopping in. Hannibal, Paula & Madeline leave a lasting impression. Much more personal experience than Starbucks & better quality coffee. They care about their craft & more importantly they care about their customers. Thank you for always being positive & brightening my day!

small neatly maintained coffee shop. there are a few seats tucked into a corner with a ledge. the interior feels shiny modern but warm. the coffee is solidly good when you want a hot brew to grab n go in the Union Square area. the service is friendly and kind. been here a few times and it’s never been too busy and is a good place to escape the din of nyc if there is a seat available.

Super friendly staff — very attentive and thoughtful in their crafting of drinks. Small quaint space but a lively atmosphere nonetheless. The Matcha Latte I got was strong and tasty! 10/10 experience

I love starting my day here! Paola, Hannibal, Madeline, and the whole team are super warm and make you feel like family coming home. The coffee quality is top-notch, the cappuccinos are always made the right temp with the perfect amount of froth/foam, and don’t even get me started on the bagels and pastries - absolutely delicious and made with high quality ingredients. Don't miss out on this neighborhood gem.

Le Cafe has great coffee. I can't say the best based on other places but the staff is so nice and speedy I plan on going back next trip to NY. The avocado toast was great, perfect bread. While we were in the city we tried the lavender late & the chai late both hot and iced. Both were 5/5 each time. Give this coffee spot a try! Typical NY spot that does not have alot of seating.
